What if I don’t know what I need?

Can I just get a logo or a small design?
Yes. Choose a logo, business cards, flyers, social graphics or an email signature.
How do payments work?
After you approve the written scope and sign the agreement, you pay a 25% nonrefundable deposit. The remaining 75% is due after final approval and before launch or file delivery. Your signed agreement sets the final terms.
Will I own my website?
Your project agreement lists the finished work you receive after full payment. Your domain stays in your name. Hosting, paid fonts and other outside services have their own fees and terms.
Do you offer monthly website care?
Yes. Your separate care agreement lists the work, limits and monthly price. A website project does not start a subscription.
